How to Extract Pages from a PDF
Use the page thumbnails to click individual pages, or type a selected page range (e.g., 4, 7–9, 12) to select multiple pages at once.
Extract Pages vs. Split PDF
These two tools overlap but serve slightly various needs:
Extract Pages is built for picking out a specific set of pages - even non-consecutive ones - and getting them back as a single new PDF.
Split PDF is built for dividing an entire document into multiple separate files, including breaking it into equal chunks or one file per page.
Common Questions
Is it possible to extract non-consecutive pages, like pages 2, 5, and 10?
Yes. Select any combination of individual pages and ranges, and the tool will combine them into one output file in their original order.
Do the extracted pages retain their original order?
Yes. Even if you select pages out of sequence (e.g., clicking page 9 before page 3), the extracted PDF preserves the pages in their source document order.
Is it possible to extract just one single page?
Yes. Selecting a single page and processing will give you a one-page PDF containing just that page.
